1. Membership & Access

• Little Doll Threads is a paid membership site that grants access to a collection of exclusive sewing patterns, tutorials, and community activities.

• Membership is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

• New patterns are released monthly, and members have access to new released patterns during their active membership.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• Membership payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not have access to your payment details. 

• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis ( annually).

• You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time. Upon cancellation, access to membership content will end at the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property

• All sewing patterns, tutorials, and related content provided through Little Doll Threads are copyrighted and owned by Bella Katella LLC.

• Patterns and content are for personal use only. You may not share, sell, distribute, or claim them as your own.

• You may sell finished items made from our patterns in small, handmade batches, credit to Little Doll Threads is appreciated.

4. Prohibited Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Copy, share, or redistribute patterns or other member-exclusive content.

• Use our content for commercial mass production.

• Engage in fraudulent activity, hacking, or any misuse of our website and community spaces.

5. Modifications & Updates

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

• We may modify or discontinue membership offerings, features, or pricing, with notice to current members.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality content, but we are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues that may arise from using our patterns or tutorials.

• By using this site, you agree that Little Doll Threads is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from your use of our services.
